Get your works finished through Einstein Window

Have you really asked "Had i done anything important with my time today?"

Single most precious assets in our careers or may be our lives is time.

Einsteins doesn't work. He is just pursuer of his interest.

Sometimes we waste our time in wrong work or may be doing right work in wrong time.

Lets think about what it means for you to get clarity in middle of the chaos i.e. your entire day.

3 simple understandings

80-20 rule: (80% is just a bunch of work, 20% is more strategic work)

•  All work is not created equal. (automate delegate outsource on 80% of work)

• Use Einstein window on 20% of strategic work: Thats the period of every day we have that little mental peak where work feels almost fun, problems feel  no problem at all. Work flies of your desk. You feel the most positive most intune in the moment capable of doing next to anything. Thats the great feeling. Thats why it is called Einstein window.

• Protect the window: Offices are mostly designed to maximize disruptions. It should maximize deep thoughts. Turnoff distractions - email , social network in that window time.

Tip:  Broadcasting your availability to colleagues: Your available time should be broadcasted to your colleagues in before hand to minimize the distractions.
